  they were very rude to me because of my teenage age and ignored me when asked for an extra spoon. i then heard old lady couple mumble to her husband a racial slur in chinese which i called them out on. they repeated the same slur in my face even though we were both chinese.

  While the couple working there is always a joy and service is nice the store is Dairy Queen in name only. All coupons and app deals are not accepted at the location and there's no signs or information on the website indicating this is their policy. If Tim's 10 steps away takes company coupons what's DQ's excuse?

  You can NEVER use DQ Coupons to save money and using DQ app to collect points in this Store. The only connection with Dairy Queen is the Signboard. They pretended never understand want you asked the size of the meal, tried to obscure it. For example, you asked a small cone, they took the big size price from you, and gave you a median cone.

  Extremely poor customer service, can be very rude when trying to use coupons that their store HAD OPTED INTO! I can understand if you don't want to opt in but at least accept coupons when you do.
