  Tried to use a coupon at Dairy Queen, but they wouldn’t accept it. It was valid and don’t understand why it didn’t work. Won’t come back ever again.

  A while ago Dairy Queen was having a day where you could redeem a free ice cream cone using a coupon from their app. I visited this location and was told before the cashier scanned the code that the coupon would not work. I asked him if he could just try to scan the code to see and he refused. I reached out to Dairy Queen’s customer service, and they said that they are aware that this location has been refusing to honor coupons and it is not an issue of updating their software. I would recommend visiting the Dalhousie Dairy Queen as it is close by and I have always had great experiences there.

  Ordered a large sparkler and was given a medium. When I informed the staff that I ordered a large she insisted that it was the large size. Scammers

  Don’t listen to Mr. Entitled in the previous comment, wanting staff to bow down to him at 3pm on a Saturday while they’re most likely too busy to confirm if his order is gluten free and vegan. Probably never worked in a mall a day in his life. And don’t listen to Mr. Buys Hot Food at an Ice Cream and Smoothie Place and Calls it Subpar, the heck?😂 This location went above and beyond for a second year on a custom birthday cake. They are the only location in the northwest that doesn’t charge extra for adding an image and they have the most options for icing colours and lettering. A++ for making ice cream like you’re known for, can’t speak for your hot food and patience of answering 100 questions during a weekend rush 🥴 This location deserves better reviews.
