She spoke to me very disrespectfully, asking “what are you here for?” in a harsh tone, even though I politely told her I came to buy ice cream for my kids. There was no line at all, yet she told me to “stand in line.” To make things worse, she was eating pizza behind the counter and started serving ice cream with the same hands — without washing them! When I respectfully asked her to wash her hands first, she rudely replied, “That’s none of your business.” This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially in a family environment like Dairy Queen. I request the management or owner to take serious action and ensure that such rude and unhygienic staff do not represent your brand. This was a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience for me and my children.

We get this blizzard from other locations all the time without issue. Couldn’t tell you what wrong with this location but I couldn’t recommend it. Try Douglas Dale instead.
