  I called on Monday to order a cake with a picture on it and they said to email them which I did, I hadn’t heard anything back so I called again on Tuesday to confirm my cake would be ready for Wednesday and I was told it would be ready but they needed more information from me. I gave them the information and asked them to confirm the cake order would be ready for my pickup on Wednesday which was now tomorrow. They emailed and confirmed and yet when I came in they said it was not ready and wouldn’t be ready that today for my mother’s birthday. This place has horrible communication and I would recommend absolutely anywhere else for any important event.

  Bought a box of buster bars and there was no fudge in all 6 bars.... super disappointed. Won't be back to this location.

  Visited this location tonight and won’t be back. Other than the fact it is too hot in the building, the 2 small blizzards that were ordered weren’t even frozen. The very top layer was frozen enough to be flipped, but by the time we were in the car it was like blizzard soup.

  I bought a medium strawberry cheesecake blizzard and from more than half of the cup down it was only vanilla. Not much strawberry and cheesecake flavour at all.
