- NPNirali Patel6 days ago1.0Very bad experience I got a small shake and a large fries, as you can see in the picture i posted how the whip topping quantity looks, it was way less then this i had to ask them to put properly again and thats what they gave me and when i asked third time nicely they said we don’t give more than this. Plus the fries smelled bad and tasted very different as if the cold fries were fried again and served. This is not the first time i had DQ, this location very bad.

The servings are no where near where they should be, the mop or wash cloth they use must be old because the tables had a weird small to them, the floors sticky and the employees are cold and have no personality. I get it , you’re selling ice cream but a smile or just a friendly greeting goes a long way. The person putting the ice cream together had no idea what they were making. Terrible customer experience, go to another location. I won’t be returning here , guess the other reviews were accurate.

Watery ice cream, stingy toppings - they don’t even fill up the cups all the way for blizzards any more. Don’t bother paying for a royal blizzard or you just get a regular for a higher price. My fiance and I have tried coming here a few times, and I don’t write many reviews, but every time we come here is an absolute disappointment. Please drive to another location and save yourself the trouble.
