After I complained and asked for a new one or to put Oreo and they said no and just looked at me like disgustingly. You guys be hiring anybody. Absolutely terrible service would never come to this Dairy Queen branch ever in my life again.

They seemed busy with 3 staff out front and door dash doing pick ups but no one was in lin. I waited a few minutes till someone came to take my order. They then lost my order(how does that happen on the screens nowadays?) and after speaking to them they told the kitchen to make it fast and offered to replace my drink since it was half melted. It was 20 minutes from ordering till i got my order. I probably won't go to this DQ again.
- DPDavid PlimmerSep 24, 20251.0So 5-7 years ago, I stopped ordering my favorite Blizzard (Skor with extra Skor) because some girl working at the Stadium location, gave my a Blizzard with nary a speck of Skor in it, then had the gawl to say it was a Skor Blizzard WITH extra Skor. Fast forward to September 23, 2025. I wanted to try again so I went to the Ranchlands Dairy Queen and of course ordered my Skor Blizzard with extra Skor. It was an exact replay of 5-7 years ago. As I'm walking to my vehicle, I'm spooning my way through the ice cream looking for even a fleck of Skor. So of course, I turn around and go back to show them. "OH there's a piece" said one employee, obviously excited to be the first one to spot a piece of Skor. The one gal I was speaking to, claimed there were 6 scoops of Skor put into this Blizzard. I really wish I had emptied it out onto the counter, spread out the ice cream and picked out the Skor pieces to show them how little Skor was actually in this thing. So the last time this happened, I took a 5 to 7 year hiatus from Blizzards...but I think now I'm done forever. Also way too expensive for what you get. Go to Sobeys and buy a tub of Rolo or Oreo Ice Cream for $8 - $9 and have 3 times as much.
