To be honest I wasn’t ever going to write a review but I had an awful experience last year and earlier this year. The people working here are so rude and have an attitude whenever you have a question to ask. One time I asked for an animal cracker blizzard since I saw it on the menu somewhere and asked 2 times if it were available in Canada and this girl with glasses said she could do it. Guess what? She made a blizzard with smarties and random stuff in it. Not what I paid for nor what I asked for. Another experience I had was when I called about my birthday cake, asking if they take custom orders. I called them, a lady answered. I was very nice and the tone I used was calm and kind, I asked if they would be able to take in a custom order 24 hours in advance. She automatically responded to me like I was an idiot, using her rude tone for no reason and making me feel like I should know. After this encounter, I called the McKenzie Towne one, they were way nicer and 1000% more kind and said that they are able to do it depending on how easy or hard the design you’d like is. That being said, the dairyqueen in McKenzie towne is way better and employees there are so much nicer!!
Edit: also forgot to mention that this location gave my friend and her family food poisoning about 1-2 weeks ago.

Waited 10 minutes for fresh fries. Half of the fries were still frozen and the other half inedible. My burger was microwaved. I came back to get the food refreshed. I was challenged to a fight by someone claiming to be the manager. The real manager came over and gave me cash to cover my expenses when I asked for a refund, illegal but she did her job as I paid with a card. Not surprised thst this location is the first DQ to offer late night service and provide the worst customer service experience I have ever received. Previously, the owners sold me a frost bit cake. When I brought it back to the store, they strenuously denied it was not an acceptable cake. I have eaten DQ ice cream cakes my entire life. Weeks and months after the event for which it was purchased. The "FRESH" cake they sold me was clearly months old.

This fast food chain is a joke. They dont order enough fries and short themselves, but if you buy a combo, they want you to PAY for an onion ring upgrade because they Ran out of fries, because I REFUSED to pay for the upgrade, not my fault you didnt order enough fries to get you through..... they all of a sudden had fries. When I asked how they all of a sudden have fries, they said cause theyre keeping it for Uber instead of walk in customers. Will NEVER return to this location. I'd rather starve then come here. I now see why this place has little employees and crap reviews. Disappointed to say the least
