  No one ahead of us, chicken fingers and fries took 20 mins +. Had mailed coupon for chicken fingers. Asked if one could be saucy fingers - owner/manager said no. Asked for 2 sweet and sour sauces - no. Fries had zero salt. Chicken was hard and dry. Took the large blizzards to go, was 90% ice cream. Small section in the top end of the middle with very little stuff and very little chocolate sauce. They’re slow, cheap, and borderline rude. They should take notes from the owner / manager of the memorial drive location in Marlborough. No one should ever risk this Rundle location. Dairy Queen corporate should take all these reviews seriously and penalize them into standard compliance for the basics.

  The ladies were very nice and accommodating, and definitely delivered with my extra sprinkles request. They also had the ice cream cupcake which is why we went.

  The food quality was good and I have no complaints there. Unfortunately, the customer service really hurt the experience. The employees came across as rude and made us feel unwelcome, almost as if they were doing us a favour rather than serving paying customers. Because of that, I can’t rate the satisfaction level very high.

  The lady that claims a manager in this store is so rude and keep screaming and yielding to the point that makes you feel that she is giving you the order for free. She cream at me inform of my kids. The worst experience ever, we came as a family to have a good time in this DQ location. I will never come back and don't recommend families to come to this rude lady. And she start asking customers to write her a good review by offering them free ice creams and drinks, this happen infont of us with 5 different customers. I recommend the owners to have a look in to this.

  It's in Rundle, so you know if you know. But the staff are always wonderful
