  Ordered a cake for my daughter's class and they accommodated our last minute order. Kids had a blast. Also very neat unlike some other DQ locations I've visited too

  VERY unimpressed with the customer service at this location! I ordered an ice cream cake with a custom image for my in-law’s 60th birthday four days before I needed it. Something went wrong with the original image upload so I called to get it sorted and ended up being on the phone with the manager three days in a row because “the right person wasn’t there to confirm the image upload,” or, “they were too busy to continue to help me.” I was told that the issue was finally resolved the third day I called to check up on things, only to get a call the next day (two hours before the scheduled pick up time) to be notified that they weren’t able to print the image on my cake after all. I feel like I was lead on for three days (apparently their image machine was broken all along but nobody actually told me that). I would have appreciated knowing that I wasn’t going to get my custom cake sooner than two hours before the birthday dinner so that I could have figured something else out. I will not be going back to this location.

  Twerkie is an amazing young Lady! She’s helpful, understanding & friendly. We ordered 2 Blizzards a few weeks ago, and they were not pleasant tasting. She invited us to return & she’d permit a taste test prior to creating the Blizzards herself. The Skor & Strawberry Cheesecake restored not only our faith in DQ, but also our taste buds, and loyalty. Ella was also present on the initial purchase date, and again today. Both were polite and cordial, true treasures for the DQ Team! Thanks very much ⭐️

  Big dairy queen fan. Went twice and got snubbed both times. Ordered a sundae and a blizzard. Sundae was the strangest texture I have ever seen, was more like foam than ice cream. It didn't even melt it just stayed as it was. It was inedible. The blizzard was also atrocious, I got a strawberry blizzard (twice) and even paid EXTRA for more topping, and yet there was not a single strawberry in it, and turned to plain ice cream half way through. This is by far the worst DQ I have ever been to.

  The crew working tonight was awful. I didn’t get my cheeseburger. I asked for three regular chickens for a baskets and 2 of them were honey barbeque I asked for onion rings and I didn’t get it. I asked for sauce also didn’t get it. Maybe don’t hire teenage girls if they’re not gonna do their job
