    The crew working tonight was awful. I didn’t get my cheeseburger. I asked for three regular chickens for a baskets and 2 of them were honey barbeque I asked for onion rings and I didn’t get it. I asked for sauce also didn’t get it. Maybe don’t hire teenage girls if they’re not gonna do their job

    We frequent this DQ quite regularly, mostly for the ice cream treats. I always get a Skor blizzard, and it has always been very good... until today. The icecream was runny, and had i not found the odd piece of skor, I would have thought they forgot to put any in. A very disappointing experience.

    This Dairy Queen on 85th Street SW is our go to location. We don’t go often, but the food is always on point. The staff are consistently super friendly, which honestly surprises me in the best way every time. I am always impressed by how professional and kind they are. The location is usually busy, and the team manages it really well. A great spot we’re always happy to return to.

    was really looking I discovered mold growing on the surface shortly after opening it. The texture and color looked off you can clearly see fuzzy white and greenish patches forming on top. It had an unpleasant smell too, so I definitely didn’t risk tasting it. This is unacceptable for a dairy-based product. It makes me question the freshness and quality control. I had to throw it out immediately, which is disappointing considering the price.
