  Tell me you don’t know how to make a banana split without telling me you don’t know how to make a banana split!! I called the restaurant and let them know how I got my banana split and the owner said he has not heard a complaint like this in 20 years and he says if you don’t like it don’t come back. I hope that other people are treated far better than this. This is the worst customer service I have ever received in Calgary also I have supported this particular Dairy Queen for over 10 years now fortunately, there are lots of other places I can get ice cream in Calgary

  This location stays pissing me off. Such a disappointing decline in service over the last few years. It seems like every time I come, there is some new “impossible” task for the employees to perform (accepting a coupon, putting sauce on the side, etc.). Just say that you’re either lazy, or completely incompetent, and go, because I know you can find a way to put the sauce on the side, Brenda

  I spent $30 on 3 Oreo brownie cupfections at this location, the brownies were are as hard as hockey pucks unfortunately. We couldn't bite through them as they were stale and hard.

  Great staff and really fast service. They really go above and beyond to make it a great experience. Very clean dining room and restrooms.
