    Dangerously bad food and inexperienced staff. When this location first opened, I had a deluxe stackburger which gave me food poisoning and made me so ill that I had to call out of work. I went for a second time, ordered fries and a soda, and it took 20+ minutes to make my fries, despite being the only customer in the store. Eventually I just told them to cancel the order because I was late for work by that point. I went a third time and ordered a burger with fries. the burger had a genuinely foul, sour taste and smell. I took one bite, then spat it out and tossed the rest. It seriously smelled and tasted like vinegar mixed with cleaning chemicals. Aside from the horrible quality of food, dealing with the staff is like pulling teeth, they’re unfamiliar with the menu, they need the orders to be repeated, and they seem generally inexperienced. Although I would like to stress that the staff is perfectly friendly, they’re just poorly trained. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because I’m aware that its a new location, but every experience Ive had their has been bad, and the quality of food is seriously concerning, my food poisoning was without a doubt caused by the deluxe stackburger and it had be out of commission for days. I work nearby, and all my co workers have had similar bad experiences either with the foul smelling burger patties or with the frustrating customer service. I’d like to add that im typically a huge fan of DQ, but this one sucks.

    I had a really great experience at this DQ. Their staff and especially their manager have amazing customer service! I was having trouble ordering through the app and they helped me out, made me feel welcomed and served me quality food/treats. I would definitely recommened this location to anyone looking to satisfy their Dairy Queen cravings!

    One of the staff who wears a turban is inquiring about me purchasing anything to go to washroom. I said yes and he constantly keeps asking where did I buy from who helped you ? This is so frustrating there are people who has diabetic issues and constantly has to use washroom. Should they have to purchase anything to use their washroom ? I would let manager talk to this guy and teach him how to be at work.

    I ordered a cake in the morning through the Dairy Queen app and went to pick it up later the same day. When I arrived, the staff told me they never received my order. After I showed them my confirmation and they checked their system, the order was actually there the whole time. Instead of apologizing for the confusion, the manager was rude and acted like it was somehow my fault for ordering through the app instead of calling the store directly. The whole experience felt unprofessional and frustrating. I understand mistakes can happen, but the attitude and lack of accountability made it much worse. I expected better customer service, especially for something as simple as picking up a pre-ordered cake.

    I live nearby and was excited to have a DQ open. The staff are nice and the location is clean but the food has been questionable all 3 times. 1st time, my partner and I just got blizzards. We waited 15 mins in the restaurant for 2 blizzards and the blizzards were SUPER soft (they were hard at work making ice cream cakes so maybe they aren’t leaving the soft serve machine alone long enough to freeze the mix??). Whatever, we weren’t going to hassle the kids behind the counter. 2nd time, I was lazy and ordered Skip the Dishes from them. The bacon on the burger wasn’t cooked through (cold, so I’m hoping their bacon is cooked and then frozen??). 3rd time, I’m not risking their hot food but surely they’ve figured out ice cream by now, right? Nope! Yet another soupy blizzard with almost no mix-ins. Can Corporate please send a QA person?
