Had a really great experience today at Chipotle. My server was really fantastic, just an absolute pleasure to chat with her. The food, as always, was delicious. My burrito was fit to burst (literally lol) and they were kind enough to double wrap it for me. Anytime I come to visit my sister I will definitely be popping in.

Food was slightly different from what I am used to but the service was very good from the waiter. It is a buffet style only the server serves you what you wish from a selection. Are they take out and I felt that what we received was plenty of food for what the cost was. The food was tasty and I would recommend this place.

Disappointing and Unwelcoming Experience at Sage Hill Chipotle We decided to try Chipotle for the first time for my mom’s birthday and chose the new Sage Hill location, thinking it would be a nice place to celebrate. Unfortunately, it was anything but. When we walked in, we weren’t greeted at all. The staff looked visibly annoyed that we came in and it wasn’t even busy. The store was completely dead. Since it was our first time, we were taking a moment to look at the menu, but the employees seemed irritated that we didn’t know exactly what we wanted immediately. The male employee who started our order was extremely rushed and impatient. My mom wanted the beef barbacoa, but they were making a fresh batch. He told her it would be a 5 minute wait, which she was perfectly fine with, but he kept insisting she pick something else as if there was a huge line behind us (there wasn’t). When I ordered my bowl, he was carelessly throwing the food in. I asked for a little extra sour cream, and he paused, looked at me strangely like I had asked for something outrageous, and barely added any more. Meanwhile, the female cashier was rushing my dad to pay even though we didn’t have our full order yet because we were still waiting on my mom’s bowl. When my dad asked why we were being rushed, the male employee came over and told us to just pay for the order now even though we were still missing food. We declined because it didn’t make sense to pay without receiving everything first. Overall, we felt completely unwelcome and rushed out. This was supposed to be a nice birthday dinner for my mom, but the poor service ruined the experience. We ended up leaving and going to a different restaurant instead. Really disappointing first impression.

The food tasted fine and was pretty much what you’d expect from Chipotle. However, my experience was ruined by poor service and a big ordering mistake. I ordered two kids’ quesadilla meals, which are supposed to include a quesadilla, a protein, two sides, chips, and a small fountain drink, usually costing around $7–$9 each. The cashier told another employee to prepare my order because she didn’t know how to do it herself. He was very friendly and helpful, but there was a miscommunication — she told him to make two large quesadillas instead of kids’ meals. When I paid, I was charged $40, which surprised me since I expected to spend around $20. On top of that, I received two adult-sized quesadillas without the chips and drinks that come with the kids’ meals. I then had to pay extra for chips and a drink. Instead of getting two kids’ meals, I ended up with two large quesadillas, one large chips, and one medium drink for double the price. I spoke to the employee at the front, who was apologetic, but no solution was offered. Customer service overall was disappointing. There were also some workers sitting at tables talking some uniformed and some not, the un uniformed staff going behind the counter and touching things without washing their hands, which felt very unprofessional. I understand this is a new location and staff are still learning, but due to the incorrect order, unprofessional behavior, and being charged double what I expected, I would not recommend this location. I appreciate the employee who apologized, but the rest of the staff — including what appeared to be the manager — did not handle the situation well.
