Great service and respectful treatment.
Great quality food.
however worst portion sizes, literally half scoops and some of the employees have no idea how to wrap, looks like most are students hopefully they will learn soon. I don’t like posting negative ratings but this is the second time in 2 weeks and I faced the same problem, bowl wasn’t even filling for a 16 year old and 18 year old small size kids
Sunridge Chipotle does the best portion sizes

Went to try the new location in Sagehill , service is slow although the place was empty , ran out of most of the items and weren’t happy to explain to us what are the alternatives , felt like we paid for left overs :( as the amount of food that we got doesn’t match what we paid for !
Don’t waste your money or just order take out !

I usually don’t write reviews but I felt this one was fair. Yesterday I came in around 3:15-3:20pm ish with a friend to try this new location out. The two staff who took our orders and made our food were amazing and so nice however, the manager there was a different story. When it came time to pay I think something went wrong with the machine and the staff went to ask her manager for help and was ignored and sent away without help. After a few minutes of waiting there, the manager came over and said “What” with such a rude tone in her voice. It shocked both my friend and I as we watched the aggression escalate as she “helped”.
Once the manager walked away and I was able to pay, I caught the manager giving dirty looks to her staff and customers, including us. Standing there rolling her eyes, looking angrily around the store at people eating. How is this person allowed to be a manager? When you’re in a management position, you’re supposed to be a leader. Someone who is professional, and teaches and supports and guides staff KINDLY. Not someone who walks around with an attitude and who ignores and is rude to their staff. That is not management worthy. You guys have Hiring signs and “We’re hiring” pamphlets around the store, I couldn’t see how anybody would feel they wanted to work there after seeing staff being openly treated like that by the management team. Do better for your team. Just because you’re in a management position doesn’t mean you get to be toxic and treat your staff like they’re less than you. It truly made me sad to see staff being treated like this.

We usually go to the Northland location, but we decided to try this one. Unfortunately, the staff member who served us was extremely rude. If you don’t want to work in the food industry, that’s fine —but don’t let your poor attitude affect customers. He wasn’t just rude; even the way he put the food in my bowl made it feel like he didn’t want to serve us at all.

0 stars. Very frustrating experience.
Yesterday I was told Uber Eats orders had to be picked up at the drive-thru, so I had to leave and drive around.
Today I went straight to the drive-thru and was told Uber Eats orders must be picked up inside and that they “only serve mobile order customers.” So Uber Eats customers are not customers?
After arguing for a while, the staff said they mistook me for an Uber Eats driver.
There is no clear signage at all—it just says “order pick up.” How is anyone supposed to know?
This place clearly has poor staff training and inconsistent procedures.
Fix your training and pickup process before staying open.
