  I’ve been to this location 3X now and every time I could not find a clean table to sit at. Do they clean the tables once a day here?? I love Chipotle’s food but won’t return to this location. Three strikes, you’re out.

  The workers are very friendly and I like the seating and bathrooms and drink options, however , I found a long hair in my burrito and my first bite was straight guacamole WITH the hair. The guacamole is so unseasoned and fake and the foods kind of over priced for how unseasoned the meat is. Good portion for sure but it’s not a true Mexican grill at all, the spiciest food isn’t spicy at all.

  Worst service. I was trying to get extra rice for my bowl and the girl working says I would have to pay extra. Since when was this a fee.

  Dont bother ordering pick up ur order just sits there while they tell you its not ready, rude worker preparing orders to not even give it when its done? Sitting 5 minutes on a cold steel counter

  Stingy portions!! I’ve been to this Chipotle many times in the past and the food quality and portion sizes were always what you’d expect. Unfortunately, my last two visits were disappointing enough that I won’t be returning. The first time, I came in with my wife and two boys. The employee serving us was extremely stingy with all portions except the rice, but everything else was tiny spoonfuls, easily half of what Chipotle normally serves. She wouldn’t even fill the serving spoon before spreading it thin across the bowl. On top of that, her attitude was very standoffish and unwelcoming, which made the experience uncomfortable. Our entire family noticed how small the bowls were compared to what we’re used to. Fast forward about two months, and I decided to give this location one more try for lunch. Same employee, same experience. Half portions on everything again, done so quickly that it’s hard to even say anything in the moment. The same cold, unfriendly demeanor was there as well. It honestly feels like management is intentionally cutting back portions to save on food costs. It’s very noticeable, especially if you’ve been to other Chipotle locations and know what standard portions look like. At nearly $20 for lunch, this just isn’t worth it. I’ll be spending my money elsewhere. If you value getting what you pay for and a welcoming experience, I’d suggest doing the same.
