I gave this place a fair chance.
The first time the order was 10 minutes late, I watched people walk in and get immediate service while my order sat neglected and half made at the station because the manager making it got called away to something more important and neglected to delegate the task to someone else. The pop machine was broken and I didnt want juice and they made my wife's order really soggy by starting with the salsa.
My food was decent, but nothing too exciting.
So we went to the other locations for a bit and really enjoyed them.
Then we came back recently and it was kinda the same thing, ordering ahead is pointless. The online order station is understaffed, meanwhile other people sit idly by the walk in station and the food is always late anyways.
It seems like this is just a good walk in location for the kids at the nearby school and the nearby mall visitors but for a family on the go with custom mod orders you're best off going to any other location it seems.

I know that chipotle holds back on their portions but this chipotle was the WORST. I had the rudest employee taking my order, she literally just dipped the spoon in everything and put it in the bowl, and when i’d ask for more she’d give even less and give me a dirty look

Food was good could’ve been served a little better. I noticed that maybe they were in a rush and they were trying to get us out the way, but the food tasted pretty good. The service from the manager was amazing. She was really nice and helpful. The service from the other girls could’ve been better even though you’re in a rush to try to get customized out the way you can still give them a good service. Either way the food was great.

This is my first time at any Chipotle. It's nothing special. The taste was mediocre. The Mucho Burrito by my house tastes way better.
The portion size was good. The bowl and burrito were very heavy. You could probably use the burrito as a weapon if you threw it at someone.
I don't think I'll be back as it's out of the way for me, but I really wanted to try it.

My first time there about a month ago ... was so incredible I went up to the counter and thanked the team .. which is unusual I am sure they were like ??? umm ok you're welcome ??? lol
But I just was so PLEASED and full and enjoyed it and the experience. There was a younger I think newer guy that helped me and was kind the whole time, explained items etc..
I get Veggie and it was like $13 .. I couldn't believe it. And was more similar to Chipotle on TikTok..granted nothing in Canada is like how they do in the US but it was kind of nice and not SKIMPiNG...
WELL .... I returned based on that experience today.. and BRO was Overseeing everyone .. you can tell that put people on edge or what I don't know the attitude was WILD off the Jump. One girl argued with me when I said "veggie protein" and pointed right at the item Infront of me ... just kept saying whatever it is called? Great you know what it is called.. I don't ... I don't work there.. If I am saying Yes.. and pointing at it .. put it on there?? why are you repeating the word 3 -4 times ? Do you want me to say it back to you? it was not a double charge for more than one spoonful last time.. and now its like a LEVELLED off shaken off spoon of things.. Like the first girl put ONE spoon of Rice... and moved to the next item ... are you JOKING?? And "Bro" overseeing everything acts like this is normal ...Clearly not if you are there re-telling everyone how it is and its changed so drastically. give you a SPEC of rice and be like next item ...

I mention to BRO my eperience last time and just kept Denying my OWN EXPERIENCE ... he wasn't even there.. why would I come in there and MAKE IT UP .. I was literally Over the MOON last time .. so I explained and he's like " no no .. Oh no no never"
Well let me educate you then your staff needs to be cohesively trained then because there clearly was a difference.. I don't have Time to be coming in a MAKING SOMETHING UP.. it was more so to let him know so I don't have " wrong Expecatations" Bsed on a previous experience...
NOW ... I realize .. and will not be back and will stop YAPPING to everyone about HOW AMAZING it was... This guy was brutal couldn't even put the Lid on my Meal properly .. I had my little change purse and brought my own bag even ... had a book in there too.. all I did was walk with it I didn't SWING it around or drive anywhere with it .. got back the entire bag and all my things socked because ONE SIDE of the foil lid wasn't pressed on and around properly it was just smashed down .. and not around the edge to seal.
so all my shit is ruined... it was $16.45 this time .. last time was like $14. $17 for ome beans and Rice I had to almost FIGHT them for.. I cannot fathom if I didn't ask " could I have a bit more they would really give you nothing if they could.
Zero Stars... Beat it ..
