Then they gave me a large queso with no chips and said they need to hurry up and get this rush out of here so they didn't care about quality of service.... what is going on ?!

Portions are inconsistent and getting smaller every time I visit. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was met with a rude “sorry” that meant nothing. Either train your staff properly or fix your portion control—this is unacceptable. This was last time of this location, always bad experience. I would rather go NW or NE location.
