- VWVanessa WalshJan 28, 20262.0Would give a zero for service if I could. We love the location in Banff so we visited the Calgary location yesterday for my Birthday as my son loved the Tacos. Service started pretty good and the server offered a free Churro when my husband mentioned it was my Birthday. Once we received our food there was no service to be found. We had to flag him down to order more food for my son (he was always just standing at the end of the bar as it was just after 5pm on a weekday and not very busy) and we had to flag him down once again for the bill etc. as it was very clear he had no interest in serving our table. Clearly he forgot about the Churro offer and just brought us our bill and just seemed like he had no interest in our table. Super disappointing and won't be back. The tacos were also barely filled and awful value. Will just stick to the Banff location when in the area.
