The order taker was very hard to hear due to the workers noise attempting to set up the restaurant. Multiple menu screens seemed to not be functioning correctly, including the customer facing POS screen, wires were running all over. I wanted a burrito and asked which protein options they had on offer, and selected steak. The lady working disappeared for a moment and then returned to say "you wanted beef", she knew this was not the case, but seemed reluctant to admit that they did not have steak ready despite offering it. I told her that I was happy to wait for the fresh batch to cook. When it came time to purchase, I asked for cookies for dessert. Again a lady disappeared into the back before sheepishly admitting that they did not serve cookies, despite it being on the menu. She offered a complementary beverage instead, which I accepted. A third lady came to take my payment, attempting to charge me both full price for the 'free' beverage and a premium for the burrito beyond the advertised price. I assume the steak option is an upcharge, but this was not told to me or displayed on the menu screens (perhaps it would have been if the screens were functioning). Ultimately I can't recommend this restaurant in it's current state despite it's satisfactory food. It just wasn't ready to open.
