She clearly needs some training—or retraining—in customer service. Rolling your eyes at customers for asking simple questions is unacceptable. When we asked for extra sauce, it was met with attitude, and although our meals were supposed to include guacamole, we were charged for it and later discovered it wasn’t even included. Behavior like this reflects poorly on the business and ultimately hurts the owner’s reputation, which is unfortunate.

I told attendees to give little more cream because it’s for my kid order and I didn’t ask for Salsa but She(attendees) argued. I asked her nicely and she told me that next time you should ask me nicely when I did not even told her anything. I am not sure where this kind of customer service people get hired to talk to customers like that. I never review someone bad until it’s worst. I had to tell her next time I will not even buy from your store. I am asking owner to look into it or you will lose business soon. I am the owner of Restaurant and if I have employee like this, I would find out and fire right away for my business reputation. Ownership needs to investigate this issue. Thank you
