While I understand this promotion may not appear under limited time offers, it has always been available in the system elsewhere. On December 27, 2025 at 9:30 PM, the team member and manager on shift at the 14th Street SW location refused to honor the offer and declined to verify it or contact a superior despite my request. The store was empty and I was the only customer. The interaction felt rushed and dismissive, likely because the store was closing at 10 PM. All other Calgary locations have honored this same offer for me without issue. I was always impressed with the Westhills location before it closed, which makes this experience disappointing. I wish the manager well, but I encourage ownership to provide better customer service training, especially around verifying information and handling situations professionally and respectfully.

While the one who was insulted was kind, even through a few things he misheard, his coworker felt the need to step in and belittle his coworker.
