  We had an excellent meal - fresh ingredients. The owner was very personable and our meals were not only great tasting but very generous portions! Would definitely recommend this location.

  I normally don’t have any complaints with Mucho but this location is struggling. It was a mess today, and the poor staff member was obviously overwhelmed and flustered. I offered to give her a few minutes to catch up, and she politely declined, saying she was working on a catering order and could help me right away. There was another lady talking on the phone, not helping at all. I feel the person making my food did her best in the moment although I would say the tacos were subpar, compared to other locations. You can tell the ingredients have been sitting, in likely not the right temperature. There was barely any meat, it was mostly salsa and sauce. Very disappointing but this was to no fault of the employee working at the time, she can only do so much. I hope to see some improvement at this location because it’s very close by.

  My first visit in this location, very good service, always have been a fan of mexican cuisine, and this place was upto my expectations! Will definitely come again if I am nearby the area!

  As an enjoyer of the Mucho Burrito franchise in general, this location doesn't belong in a first world country. The ingredients they were trying to serve had clearly been sitting out for WAY too long, especially the meat. I was extremely hungry when I came in. Hungry enough to overlook a lot. But I couldn't overlook this. It was clearly a major health risk to eat this food. I asked if they had anything fresher, they said no. So I had to leave and go to another location. This has actually happened twice, both times I have been here. So it's a management issue more than individual employees. Bonus points for the hand written "No Public Washrooms" sign on the front door. I didn't need to use it, but it rubbed me the wrong way. The people that own this apparently came from a place where if someone walking by is in distress they will not be allowed to use the bathroom. That's not how it's ever been here. Franchises like this have always had public washrooms. That's a big part of what makes this country comfortable to travel in. It's unfortunate seeing people trying to change this because they are too lazy to clean their washroom a bit more often.

  This place is a genuine health risk🤮 During my visit, a staff member with clearly visible active facial sores—appearing consistent with herpes—was serving food directly over the counter and handling products. This is a serious violation of basic hygiene and public health standards. The customer service is equally concerning. Staff respond to questions and concerns with irritation, making you feel like you’re inconveniencing them simply by being there. I cannot understand how a restaurant that serves food to the public allows an employee with an active, visible infection to handle meals. This is not a small mistake — it is a deliberate disregard for the health and safety of customers. After this experience, I won’t be returning, and I sincerely hope public health authorities look into what’s happening here. Until management takes responsibility and enforces proper hygiene standards, visiting this place is unsafe
