  Took my family on my other 10 and guest list to the East Side Mario's as we've always had really good food here. The potato bacon soup was fantastic. Server on Erica's cell phone always by our side when we needed and yet not hovering around like a vulture. Fantastic food, great service and relatively budget friendly as well. Five stars, will definitely be back at the rest of the family soon!

  Food was what you expect at East Side Mario’s. We don’t live close to one, so when we were in the neighborhood my kids voted for dinner there. When we first got there it was pretty quiet but got busy and loud fast. Our server, Brielle, was amazing. She was absolutely slammed, juggling 8+ tables (all coming in one after another) on her own. Despite that she gave us great service, didn’t drop the ball once.

  We went for dinner on Easter evening to celebrate my son's 10th birthday and the restaurant was packed! I thought we were going to stay there "forever", but I was wrong! It seems everything was very well organized: we didn't wait for too long for our food; the food was delicious and it was still hot when was served; our waitress Dona was very friendly and very often checking if everything was okay and if we needed anything else. Even I noticed people who were waiting for a table were very quickly accommodated. They had small Easter eggs with candies inside to give to the kids, face painting and balloons. It was our first time going to a East Side Mario's restaurant and we loved! My son was in love with the decoration. It was a very pleasant experience. We plan going back!

  We had such a wonderful experience at the restaurant, and a big part of that was thanks to Fatima. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional from the moment we arrived. She made us feel very welcome and took the time to ensure everything was perfect. Fatima was knowledgeable about the menu, gave great recommendations, and checked on us at just the right times without being intrusive. Her positive attitude and warm smile truly made our dining experience special. Thank you, Fatima, for your outstanding service — we will definitely be coming back!

  Not the same ESM as I once remembered. Went for a birthday party and our server barely acknowledged us. Never asked how our food was and took forever to get her attention, she only had 3 tables including ours. As a server of 20 years I know what to expect with new servers and understand but this was slow service on a Thursday night when it wasn’t busy. Not only that the food quality was poor, we asked our sever to substitute the fettuccine for penne on our sample plate and it wasn’t nor was it noticed till later.. mind you the the lasagna that came with it was extremely small for the price I paid for and the sauce to noodle ratio was just off. The birthday girl wasn’t even acknowledged. Just very disappointing in the quality of it all in general. Won’t be coming back.
