  lady working wasn’t very polite, and seemed rather annoyed, absolutely zero customer service skills. she was wearing sweatpants and earbuds, i’ve never seen anyone dressed so unprofessionally. she didn’t blend my drink properly which caused the syrup to all end up on the bottom, the sides and the top of the lid. also the prices are higher than at other locations. def not coming back here.

  Grumpy dishonest store. They charged tax on free cone day for students. Very concerning, will report it to head office

  Worst Dairy Queen in Calgary. They barely fill up blizzards/icecreams/sundaes. For the price you feel completely scammed here. Other dairy queens fill it up, this doesn’t!

  I was looking forward to using my dq points for a treat. I was told that they don't accept points at this location. Apparently, the owner will not allow it by not getting a scanner? I thought all locations followed the same rules? I left with nothing.
