  Today, this afternoon, I ordered a chocolate fudge sundae with brownie bits, which I get here regularly. The employee helping me seemed new and said they couldn’t find it as an option. Instead of asking for help, there was a long pause before they decided to make something on their own. Unfortunately, what I received wasn’t what I ordered—the chocolate was very runny (not fudge), and there were only a few brownie pieces on top. Additionally the mint oreo blizzard is ordered barely had any oreo. I noticed the person training them spoke to them afterward about how to handle it next time, but didn’t correct the order that was given to me. Really disappointing experience and a waste. I was too frustrated to go back and complain

  Wait over 15 minutes for two basic burgers and still hasn’t been figured out. I just left - they are lost.

  The kind older woman working there is such a bright light for this horrible location...its dark and the food is not up to standard 😑... they heat burgers up by throwing them in the microwave which is just disgusting 😑....stay very far away from this particular location!

  They don’t use gloves when making burgers. They don’t wear hair coverings though most of them have pretty long hair.

  I ordered from here a couple days ago and they screwed up almost every item. The forgot the queso for my pretzel sticks, the cheesecakes pieces I added to my blizzard and the whip topping and caramel sauce on top of the moolatte. The only thing they got right was the premade dilly bar
