  Shawnessy location !Came in and ordered a double Swiss mushroom melt at just around 10:15 pm so closing time is 10:30 pm Sundays !placed my order and paid just around $9 !2 minutes later the manager came to front saying they only had a single beef patty left so I said ok compromise I’ll have a chicken burger fresh and juicy and this is what I got after I took 2 small bites !

  I requested an online pickup at this location and just left. They gave me a wrong order of chocolate chunks and not 2x of medium reeces pieces peanut butter cups + I paid extra for more reeces pieces. Disappointing after paying $20+ for this order

  ​I am writing to share my disappointment following my recent visit. After coming in for ice, I was met with an immediate implication from the staff that I was attempting to steal. Despite my direct offer to pay for the item, the staff member declined payment but then told me to 'go to Burger King' because I wasn't purchasing anything else during that specific visit. ​As a returning customer who has spent money here on three previous occasions, I found this interaction unnecessarily hostile. Furthermore, I’ve noticed a recurring pattern of rude behavior from the staff. It is also worth noting that the lack of diversity among both the staff and the clientele, combined with this type of profiling, creates an environment that feels unwelcoming—and frankly exclusionary—to minority customers. ​This type of culture discourages loyal patrons from returning. I hope management takes steps to address staff sensitivity and ensures that all customers are treated with basic respect, regardless of the size of their purchase or their background

  Just went to this location to pick up a cake I had ordered for my son's birthday. The girl working there with glasses and short hair is the sweetest human ever! She was soo incredibly helpful and kind. Thank you! 😊🙌🏼

  Brought my 5-year-old here to his first Blizzard, and the friendly young man who took ourorder put extra candy bar in it for free! Top notch! Really appreciate the experience this was for my child. Keep it up, thanks so much.
