  Their blizzards consistently have minimal toppings and never properly mixed. Always pure vanilla ice cream half way through.

  Went for an ice cream cone, it was alright. Store is a bit cramped, but gets the job done.

  Free cone day is not free cone day. This is the second year in a row we have brought our kids to only be disappointed. Last year you ran out of cones, this year if you didn't have a phone you could not get a free cone. My kids aged: 2,4, 7, & 9 don't have phones yet. My 7 year old even made the connection that on free Slurpee day at 7-11 not only do they not require kids to have phones but they give the kids candy along with the free Slurpee. Some businesses know how to keep young clients (their future clients) happy. We will be supporting the several other icecream shops in the area from now on.

  I have to do a HUGE shoutout to these guys at DQ Mahogany. I pre ordered a cake on Mar 2 around 3pm, and didn’t see picture that I like in their folder. I requested for an orange cat picture and the lady who was very nice, said they can do a “stick figure” cat sketch and I was already content with that. But look what they draw!!! It’s SO cute and perfect. I was so surprised and grateful. Thank you ! ..and yes the cake is for my cat’s birthday lol

  I had a very disappointing experience with the Mahogany location.On Wednesday, I went into the store to place an order for a custom cake for my son’s birthday on Sunday. I had paid a designer to create a custom design that matched the theme of our decorations. While placing the order, I emailed the design to the store with the employee standing next to me confirming that the email address was correct. I requested pickup for Sunday at 11:00 AM. However, at 10:20 AM on Sunday morning, I received a call from the store saying they had never received the email with the design. I immediately offered to resend it and pick up the cake a little later, but the store manager told me it takes two days to make the cake and they could not complete the order. You can imagine how stressful and disappointing it was to suddenly have no birthday cake for my son just hours before his party. I had also paid for a custom design that I will now never be able to use. The only solution offered was an apology and a discount on a regular cake, which I had no choice but to accept because there was no time to order elsewhere. When I arrived, I explained to both the employee and the manager that as a business owner myself, I understand that mistakes happen, but they had four days to ensure they had everything needed for weekend orders. Their lack of organization and follow-up caused a lot of unnecessary stress during an already busy time preparing for my child’s birthday, especially while being 7 months pregnant. based on this experience, and lack of accommodation, I would not recommend ordering custom cakes from this location.
