  I used to be a fan of DQ, but this location is a total waste of money. I waited 15 minutes for my poutine, and when it finally came, the gravy and cheese curds were cold.. even though I paid extra for special instructions. I returned the whole thing, but the remake was just as bad.. the fries were totally undercooked! I ended up throwing most of it out because I couldn't take it. Absolutely no quality control. Don't want to wait in line the 3rd time

  Stop in semi regularly on my way home tonight was the absolute worst food quality I've ever had from these guys. Got a burger and poutine. Ended up with more ketchup than burger and gravy was stone cold. So thanks guys for making my night just a little more miserable.

  It was 11:00 PM on a thursday night and me and my friend were feindin'. After discussing the possibility of walkin' through that drive thru, we got in my car and... well... lets just say... drove through. We pulled up to the speaker, my thoughts overcome with images of burger and fry, but alas, too many to be coherent in the order of just one. one burger. one fry. too many thinking. and oh boy, dont get me started on the blizzard selection, which i blundered by ordering just one for the both of us (we are sharing!). fortunately, the fella we were talkin to was a pro at dealing with foolishness, and the order ended up fine! We pulled up to the window, still feindin', and he immediately had the points scanner ready, as if he KNEW i was gonna be that guy. I was. I scanned that baby up. oh yeah. then he pulled out the debit machine with such vigor, such confidence that I faltered and said "is debit okay?" no duh bro what the freak. He showed no reaction, where I would have been laughing in my face, doubled over. very professional. We left. Burger good, fry good, blizzard lovely. you can eat it with your mouth 👍

  Rida helped us out today and she was an absolute angel. I tripped over and fell into the blizzard machine and Rida pulled me out by my Jordan 4 retros (hmu I’m selling) and she gave me 2 cupcakes for recovery
