  I didn’t think all the bad reviews were true but this is probably the worst dairy queen in the city. I came in to get ice cream and food for my family and the older indian lady named baljit had some of the worst customer service i’ve received in my life. The food was somehow cold even though I ordered on the spot and specifically asked for fresh fries but received reheated fries that weren’t even salted. The ice cream didn’t have enough toppings and they almost didn’t honer the coupons stating there store didn’t “accept” them. Take this as a sign to not come here. Take your money somewhere else.

  Every year for the last 5 years I try to order a birthday cake for my son and select the custom image option amd every single year the printer seems to be broken. I get a call every year saying its broken. Its ridiculous, dont offer the option if the machine never works.

  Their ice cream is literally soup. Other locations are not like this. Expensive for what it is already and it's not even ice cream.

  Recently me and my coworker ordered two 4 piece chicken strip baskets and the chicken came RAW pure pink. We tried sending compliments to uber eats and they kept not working so we called this store, we were told that “its not possible” for that to happen when we all know damn well every meat is raw. Completely uncooked and when we called we were given heck. Not acceptable this place needs to have health inspections. This is disrespectful, disgusting and disgraceful. Completely disappointed 🤦‍♀️

  I spent $14 for a chicken strip basket at this location and this is all I got. I’ve been a fan of Dairy Queen for a long time, and whenever I buy from other locations the basket is always full. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. The chicken strips were very small, and even the onion rings were disappointing. When I brought this up to the staff, they didn’t even apologize. For the price, the portion and service were really unacceptable. I don’t recommend this location.
