  The first time I ate here the food tasted terrible. I had ordered a bowl with rice, chicken and a variety of toppings. Had terrible stomach ache and stomach problems after. Decided to give it a second chance. Arrived home with my takeout and I had 5 bites and couldn’t eat it. Tasted terrible. I’ve eaten at true Mexican restaurants in Mexican cities and on the border town in Texas. Chipotle is horrible. Lots of empty tables all dirty so we had to eat at home. Still suffering from stomach issues as I write this.

  Chipotle burrito bowls are one of my go to lunches and dinners. Delicious and healthy, depending on what toppings you choose, I always know what I’m in for. Would recommend to anyone who likes burritos, or anything of the like. Food is always fresh and very, very tasty. Service is quick and friendly! Chipotle definitely has gained a loyal customer. 🙌🏼

  I love chipotle, and I come to this location very often because of its proximity to UofC. It is usually great and fast service, and the food it good too. Today though it wasn’t great. First I believe I got overcharged, and I think the cashier realized that because he didn’t ask if I wanted the receipt and then crumpled it up as soon as it printed. There was also a bug in my bowl.

  TL;DR: They give less food than other locations. If you eat here, go in person and not delivery so you can ask for more. I got a veggie burrito bowl. When I asked for more rice and beans they seemed very annoyed (they're not expensive ingredients lol). Ended up asking for more of everything and it was still less food than other locations. Had to wait a while to pay, though it wasn't busy and they seemed well staffed - I considered just leaving. It's probably fine if you've never been to a Chipotle before, but otherwise leave your expectations behind :p

  Tuesday, March 24, Very disappointed in the experience. First of all they are soooo cheap, you ask how much meat or sauce comes in what you order they show you a container, then they do not even fill up the container. That is 1000% a scam. The employees that served me everytime are so uptight and hell bent on under filling the container i order. Today, i came in with my 6 year old daughter, after ordering our food, while we were filling our drinks they turned off all the lights, so we could not even see and were filling our drinks in the dark and it really scared my 6 year old daughter and she started to cry, cried in the car and was asking me why they were being mean to us. As we drove away, my daughter pointed out they had turned the lights back on, they turned the lights off to just get us to leave. Crazy rude, disgusting behaviour scaring a 6 year old girl she did not think the employees were nice asking why they did not like us. Also i want to add, we came in before they closed. And we have never been rude i worked in customer service before and treat everyone with total respect. 0 stars! Shame on the staff!!
