  Amazing service, love how they bring the food to the table. Love seeing potato skin on the fries, you know high quality then. Chicken tender, good taste, all you want. Only suggestion I have is when store hours isn't open, and I left clothing at the store, have an answering machine when you phone in

  Not as nice as the mcleod trail location. Could not find any mayo or Franks hot sauce, other location has it out on a table. But east Hills be like close to da hood, YO!...so it's understandable why they don't offer the "help yourself' condiments... First in Line Dave...(You ROCK Rob!!)

  I had an amazing experience at Chick-fil-A thanks to Riya. From the moment I was helped, she was courteous, polite, and genuinely friendly. She had a smile on her face the entire time, which made the interaction feel warm and welcoming rather than just transactional. Riya was not only pleasant to talk to, but she also came across as someone who truly enjoys her job and takes pride in providing great service. That kind of energy makes a huge difference and really stands out. Honestly, she should be the baseline for employee attitude at Chick-fil-A. If every team member brought the same positivity and professionalism, the customer experience would be unbeatable. Great job, Riya you made my day better!

  Ordered 2 type of chicken burger, shared fries, nuggets and really good Mac and cheese, got few sauces to try and find it really yummy, no survivor in the end, had a really big lunch. Great work 👏 oh the speciality drinks are really good thanks for making first time an home welcoming feeling

  My second time trying Xhick-fil-A and both times it was terrible. I tried the grilled chicken on the whole wheat bun the first time, the bun was so dry I couldn't eat it. This time I tried it as a lettuce wrap. It was definitely not a wrap. It was a tiny chicken breast on two pieces of lettuce, topped with two pieces of lettuce. I took a bite and just as I bit into it I saw the bottom lettuce was black. I had to spit it out. I almost got sick knowing it was in my mouth. The waffle fries are so under cooked I am not sure why they are served like that. I asked if there was a way to get them crispy, they said no. The only think I enjoyed was the strawberry lemonade.
