  You really can't go wrong with Chick-fil-A—it's a great staple for a reason. The food is always consistently delicious. When I stopped by today, the dining room was super busy (as is standard for them!), so I opted for the drive-thru for the first time. The line moved incredibly fast, the staff was exceptionally polite, and my order was perfectly accurate. A seamless experience all around. Would of given 5 stars but the location is too busy.

  SUPER RUDE STAFF!!!! Order 30 nuggets, multiple strips orders and everything else. Cashier doesn't ask me what sauces I want while ordering. Get my food and the rude girl said you need to ask when you order with a big attitude. Really? Your cashier fails to ask me what I want for sauces when i ordered so I get attitude from another staff member for the cashiers incompetence. I wont ever go back. You sell the same crap as a dozen other fast food places. Maybe a single adult in the building would help......

  Tony the cashier and all the other staffs were amazing smart and professional!!!. I have not seen a team so well trained and courteous clearly acting out organization values impressive!! Of being kind and respectful to customers. It's my first time here with my family and we all had fun!! and definitely coming back!

  First visit, I went through the drive-thru and clearly ordered at least two 12-piece spicy strips meals. I repeated myself THREE times because I wanted to make sure it was right. I thought Mannat understood me. Then I get my food and it’s only 8 pieces?! I had already driven far, so I didn’t have time to go back. So I came back the next day, thinking ordering at the front would make things easier. I asked again for two 12-piece spicy strips orders. And guess what? SAME problem. It honestly feels like they’re not even listening. Then she tells me there’s no 12-piece option, only a 10-piece max. Fine. I adjusted and clearly asked for THREE 10-piece orders instead. And still, the receipt was WRONG. I had to line up all over again just to fix it, which was beyond frustrating. It’s not that complicated, they could’ve easily just added up how many pieces I wanted instead of messing up the order twice.

  The hype is unfounded. The food is good, but not above A&W or Wendy's. Pro: - good food, -:great service Con: - sandwiches only with breaded chicken, grilled is only an option for nuggets - the queue for ordering is through the middle, which results in having hungry people, waiting to order, looking down (literally) on you eating every bite; quite unpleasant experience - the place was too crowded for it to offer a pleasant atmosphere - if it's Sunday, you're out of luck - the owners seem to be fundamentalist Christians and they refuse to open on Sundays.
