Asked for extra ketchup and got none at all. Hashbrowns could have been on drip tray a bit longer as they soaked grease on to the provided napkins and through the bag, plus the oil tasted a bit old that they were cooked in. I wouldn't call the hot chocolate chocolate either. More like hot milk. Overall, much room for improvement. One other thing that would be courteous to customers would be to place a sign on the door that does not work (parking lot side) and to refer to the other access on the North side of building.
