    Drive-thru attendant and shift manager tried to chastise me because they couldn't hear my order and complained because I went to the drive-thru window. They both later acused me of shouting at them at the drive-thru order speak. Of which I did not. I tried three times to place play my order and the attendant could not hear me clearly so I went to the drive-thru window to place my order. Their behavior and attitude was very unprofessional and not to the standard that DQ has for their employees.

    I was excited to hear when Dairy Queen was opening in the area. I have been a few times and honestly, it has been getting worse… I was craving fries today so I ordered a large, which I paid just over $5 for… I didn’t look in the bag until I got home but this is what $5 worth of fries gets you. It’s not even half full…. I’m pretty disappointed. Not sure if I will be going back.

    They microwaved a poutine I ordered. I ordered in the drive-in and saw them microwaving my poutine. They said that’s how they get the cheese to melt and that the cheese was frozen so they had to. They offered to make me a new one. But if the cheese was frozen not sure making a new one and microwaving it to thaw would fix the issues. Fries, cheese and curds were all gross. I’ve been disappointed for a while with this DQ and don’t know if I’ll return after this issue.
