    Great place to stop with our kids while driving between Calgary and Edmonton. Clean bathrooms. Good food. Fast service. Quieter than places on Gasoline Alley in Red Deer.

    I come here often for lunch during my breaks. I don't have complaints about the food, I find they make it right most every time! Sometimes I get a staff member that's a little more impolite than the others. What bugs me the most with this location is the pre-recorded message in the drive thru. I don't want to be greeted by a machine who asks me if I'm collecting points, just to be asked seconds later by someone else if I'm collecting points. Every so often, they change the message to someone else's recording and it throws me off for a few visits. Extra frustrating!

    We had a great experience with customer service with an excellent employee named Lawrence who I personally think deserves a raise for their expertise in customer satisfaction

    Service was horrible I wanted to try the new salted caramel pie, asked for 2 they told me they had one left and it would be a 5 minute wait, understandable I told them I’d take the one they had thinking it would be edible but received this, I could smell the burnt scent right once I drove away and decided to check them, I ended up calling and the employees offered me two fresh ones which were also burnt. When I arrived the employees were super dismissive and didn’t take any concerns as to how burnt my food was (second picture is the second one they gave me)

    One of the worst experiences ever, ordered my food, took forever to get it, and only after leaving the drive thru did I realize I’m missing half my order. Don’t ever go to this location, staff sucks at there jobs
