What should have been a simple order turned into a complete mess due to careless handling by the employee. We clearly asked for our sandwich to be toasted, yet it was handed to us completely untoasted. When we went back to have this corrected, instead of properly toasting it as originally requested, the employee microwaved the sandwich, which made the bread and filling soggy, rubbery, and borderline inedible. Microwaving a sandwich that is supposed to be toasted is not an acceptable substitute and shows a lack of basic care or training. To make matters worse, after all of this, the employee forgot the marinara sauce entirely, which is a key part of the sandwich. By the time we realized, the sandwich was already ruined and not worth eating. This experience was incredibly frustrating and a waste of both time and money. I expect a basic level of competence and attention to customer requests, especially when they are simple and clearly stated. This was not a complicated order, yet it was mishandled at every step. I hope this issue is taken seriously, because service like this reflects poorly on your brand and leaves customers with no desire to return.
