    While the service is fast it seems because the just dont care. The last 3 times I have been there there have been order issues or missing sauces. This time there was no sauce no straws no napkins. Its a pretty simple thing to add and was once mandatory for every order bag. With prices constantly increasing these simple things shouldnt be an issue. I understand its fast food but I feel more and more of these places are just going down hill.

    The worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Every. Single. Time. Too bad it is the only one in Beaumont.

    Have given this location a few tries in the last few months, every time the fries have been cold, patty’s definitely were in warmer to long and buns were dry, and somehow my most recent visit even the pop tasted horrible. Will never support this location again

    Good customer service but crazy busy at times. They can get 5 -star but their coffee never tasted fresh. Food is good.

    I ate at this McDonalds location on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 just after 1:30pm, and it was probably the WORST McDonalds I've been served in years. I was hungry and driving, so by the time I noticed, I didn't turn back. I could tell the fries were OLD just by looking at them. Brown discoloration, very dry, and almost room temperature. The burger wasn't any better, the patty was almost certainly sitting in the warmer for far longer than it should have been. I eat a LOT of McDondalds, and I can't remember if I've ever even reviewed a McDondalds location before, but this was terrible. Please revisit quality control and worker adherence.
