We ordered a veggie patty sub and were served by a lady who showed a complete lack of food safety awareness. She handled pepperoni and then, without changing gloves, proceeded to prepare our veggie patty sub. This is completely unacceptable, especially for customers who choose vegetarian options. On top of that, her attitude was very rude throughout the order. We were charged around $15 for a foot-long sub, yet only a very small amount of vegetables (just a couple of pieces each) were added. She also didn’t ask whether the order was for dine-in or takeout, which is basic customer service. To make matters worse, the patty was cold and the bread was burnt. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience in terms of hygiene, service, and food quality.
