  I have been a loyal customer for years, and I can honestly say that I don’t think I have ever had a bad experience at this restaurant. My go-to order is a donair platter. I prefer the chicken & beef, but I have tried them all and they are all good. The value for your money can’t be beat - you get SO much food for the price. Easily enough for two meals for me, and it always reheats well the next day. Please never change your portion sizes! The big deal for me is the consistency. I know that when I come here and spend my money, it will be good - every time. The service is fast and friendly as well. I have family members who drive to Airdrie from Calgary, just to eat here!

  I had bad experience last time with their service but thanks to Kajal! this time from the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel genuinely welcome. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail really stood out. Kajal was incredibly patient while I decided what to order, offering helpful suggestions and making sure everything was just right. The service was quick, efficient, and handled with such professionalism.I’ll definitely be coming back because of her excellent service. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  4 people in front of us, we ordered 3 meals, ordered #8 which is beef, the young worker was so overwhelmed he forgot and guessed incorrectly, and rather than upset him I just went with it. Very disappointed. Probably won’t go there again, I love beef not a fan of chicken.. should have made them fix it, but sometimes you just have to walk away. Service was terrible. Food was wasted, got 2 servings of garlic sauce and no hummus. What I call lunch bag letdown.

  Been here many times and the food is always great. This last time was disappointing though, the guy who helped me through the ordering process (I think his name was Furhan) was doing a fantastic job but was getting crap from his coworkers for not tending to other things while helping customers. I have NO idea how he's supposed to do that, there was a lineup and expecting him to be in two places at once would make the experience worse. Why would I want him to ignore me and not.. I don't know, put my order together? Advice for management: if you don't treat the people doing a good job well, your business will get worse. Give this guy a raise and a break. And really, in front of customers? That's so unprofessional. Don't just stop doing it in public, stop doing it all together.
