  i went in ordered a 14” pepperoni pizza and 8 boneless bites bbq flavour first their debt machine didn’t work so i had to go back and pay when i picked up my food the guy that took my order didn’t speak a single word of english and didn’t understand it either the boneless bites are unsauced cold and dry and he didn’t get both of the drink i ordered then tried to charge me double for the drink that he didn’t put on the order to begin with DO NOT go here you will be incredibly disappointed and upset

  Love Papa John’s but won’t be eating at this location again. Woke up in major pain and thought I might have to be hospitalized. Got extremely sick throughout the night and morning. Waste of money and time.

  I have had two consecutive poor experiences at this location. Tonight, January 31st, I decided to give them another chance despite previous rudeness from the staff, but I regret doing so. Although I placed my order 30 minutes in advance and prepaid, I arrived to find they had given my food to someone else. ​There was no apology for the mistake; instead, they simply told me I’d have to wait for a remake. After another 15 minutes of waiting, the staff treated me with visible suspicion—confirming every detail of my order as if I were at fault, despite having failed to verify the identity of the person who actually took my food. This location used to provide excellent service, but the quality and professionalism have declined significantly over the past year. I will not be returning.
