  Amazing food as always. Great customer service by Komal. She made the best chicken quesadilla i have ever had.

  I generally enjoy the food at Mucho and find it fairly consistent across all the locations. Unfortunately, the last two times I have attempted to go in, the restaurant was closed. The first time was about 40 minutes before closing and the doors were locked. The second time it was just after 11:30am (the listed opening time) and it was also locked. In the past, I have also walked in and there was no one behind the counter. I waited 5-10 minutes and then walked out as no employee ever came out from the back. It's really disappointing that they seem to not care about customers or want our money. I will be looking for other fast-casual Mexican restaurants in the area. (Based on the other reviews, i'd say you may want to start offering some kind of compensation for the poor/non-existent service)

  You guys actually owe me money, as you’ve stolen from me multiple times. I’ve been ordering for a while now and every single time I come in, the ladies at the front charge me 1.00$ for cheese. Funny enough, every single other Mucho burrito doesn’t charge for cheese so I decided to place an order online to the Airdrie location, and guess what? No cheese charge. So for years now, I’ve been coming in, and being charged 1$ (adds up to probably over 70$ now the amount that I’ve come in over the last 4 years) for no reason, AKA you are stealing. I’ll be contacting head office; just wanted to leave this here for anyone else who is getting stolen from.

  Ordered two burrito bowls today and received the SMALLEST portions I have ever seen. The 2 year olds I work with eat more than this! I am a long time lover of mucho burrito and the bowls are always full. This is ridiculous. If I had ordered in person I would’ve corrected them but…what are you supposed to do with an online order? $45 and very upset :(

  This was a terrible experience. We ordered 2 burritos, one was a meal with churros and a drink, and then 1 order of quesadillas. The quesadilla was terrible. It didn’t taste good. It was very soggy and bland. As for the churros, they were disgusting. They had little to no sugar topping on them and didn’t come with the sauce until I had to ask for sauce. You would think that they would know how to make something as simple as churros. I understand that sometimes food service workers miss things in an order, but I was very disappointed with these. They were bland, not fully cooked, and thin and doughy. For $3, I expected a little more than crappy, tasteless, not cooked sticks of dough. The burritos on the other hand were decent enough. Again, not much flavour, but they were a big size for the regular. Crappy portion sizes for the toppings.
