We have really enjoyed our past two visits here like no other! Not sure what changed but whoever has been hiring and managing, and cooking is killing it! We have noticed our servers Marley and Jack went the extra mile the last two visits.
Marley makes an excellent Caesar, and I’m picky with Caesar’s.
The supervisor who worked the same night as the two nights we went was awesome! She brought out extra fries for our picky toddler, who proceeded to jump for joy when he saw the mountain basket of fries, and a bigger than average kids burger! We were very impressed. Thankyou for giving us one of the best kid moments we’ve had ever dining!
Jack brought us extra cookies for our son at the end of our visit with him last week. We loved that too and it was so unexpected!
We really love the new brisket dinner too! Please keep it long term!

Went to Montana's to celebrate a birthday (free kids meal if you're signed up through email). Our server Leann was amazing... So sweet and attentive to our kids, in particular. Even though it was really busy and a bit slow because of this, she and the manager (presumably) checked in a few times during our meal. The food was decent, plentiful and a good value. The only thing for improvement would be cleanliness in common areas (the dividers between booths and things like floors, walls and doors in the bathrooms).

Both the food and attitude of the manager were disgusting, Baked potato was not a baked potato it was mashed and in a bowl.
The so called steak was poorly prepared that was my girlfriends disappointment.
My meal was so overdsalted that it was inedible. A card with a ten dollar of our next visit was a complete and utter insult to our intelligence. There was a time when this was a good place to eat, I guess that had changed I wouldn’t feed my dogs that low quality of food.

Visited the Airdrie location for lunch. They only had 1 waitress and 1 other young girl working. Orders and food took a while which we were fine with but not the quality of the food. Had the smallest chicken wrap I’ve ever had in a restaurant and both our salads we did not eat as they had wilted and brown lettuce. The waitress did take 10% off our bill final bill but they should have done more. This restaurant was very dirty with a strong smell of urine coming from the bathrooms. I should have stopped at a Wendy’s or something instead. We would have got twice the meal for half the price.

I had a really disappointing experience with the Notorious Brisket dinner. The brisket itself was completely off it was so rubbery and tough that it was honestly hard to chew, almost like chewing bubblegum. Definitely not what you expect from something that’s supposed to be slow-cooked and tender.
What made it worse was how the situation was handled. Instead of properly addressing the issue or even asking how they could make it right, the only thing offered was a dessert worth about $7. It felt like a very minimal effort to resolve a pretty significant problem with the meal.
Overall, the food quality and lack of proper customer service made this a frustrating visit. I wouldn’t recommend the brisket at all based on this experience.
