  Completely ignored me in the drive though. Didn't speak to me on the order pylon, ignored me at the payment window and the girl at the service window just smiled and said 'ok'.

  Such an awesome and surprising pit stop! The play space is great and worked really well for our 1&3 y/o with colouring pages, play space, and great service! Everyone was so friendly and there were plenty of high chairs. Bella, a manager maybe was super welcoming and made this a place I’ll absolutely return to!

  we got three fountain drinks, a mchicken, and a poutine. mcchicken was dry but that’s normal for this place. the poutine speaks for itself. i thought maybe some gravy had seeped down into the fries but no, what you see was all i got for maybe 2 cups of fries. most fries were totally dry despite it being a sauce forward food. i don’t know if the people making it were high teenagers or what but they did us dirty w this

  Came here late at night a couple nights ago and the night shift crew were very friendly despite being super busy. The younger blue eyed gentleman in the kitchen impressed, the food was fresh and hot and he prepared it entirely himself including the bagging and fries while his co workers were in the drive thru. Props to him!

  This is for the Edmonton Trail Airdrie location. On Sunday March 22nd, Sunday We were driving on the highway and very hungry, we stopped here @ 2:30am for food. We waited very long for our food at the window and there was no one else in the drive through waiting. Finally we got our food and drove away. A bit down the highway we started to open the food and realized the fries were like cold playdough , not fresh. I got a crispy chicken burger and it was dry inside, no mayonnaise no lettuce. Also my husband's big mac tasted like the sauce was rotten (we have had several big macs and know what they should taste like. He could t even eat it and had to go hungry. We were so mad and had gone to far to go back. We called that location several times to complain with no answer. However we called other Airdrie locations and they answered. HORRIBLE! and I feel ripped off. Couldn't even eat the food.
