  It took them 30 minuets to get me my drive-thru order of a single chicken sandwich with fries. They forgot about the "fast" part of fast food.

  Apparently, they care more about collecting coupons than giving out ketchup. The staff was very quick to take my coupon but somehow "forgot" to include ketchup in the bag. If you're going to be that strict about a piece of paper, at least make sure the customer actually gets what they paid for. Highly disappointed in the service here.

  I see this place has bad reviews. And I agreed until recently. The last couple of times I have gone here I have had perfect food and amazingly fresh fries. Sausage and egg mcmuffin is perfect not burnt and my coffee was made perfectly. All of you back there are doing great! Thanks for the good food 😋

  I had a really disappointing experience. I ordered a McVeggie combo, but it was completely messed up. There was no sauce at all, the patty was cold, and they only put lettuce inside—nothing else. It felt like no effort was made while preparing the order. To make it worse, I was already on my way when I started eating and realized how bad it was. Very poor quality and service. Definitely not what I expected.

  This was the worst Maccas Ive had in ages, the burger was like eating a dry sponge and a little tiny cup of ice cream was $5, it’s just not worth it anymore. This isn’t food!
