  I went drive thru and they send me to the parking to wait for my order and they kept me waiting for 45 minute for my order. Terrible service!

  Service was very slow (we waited almost 20 minutes for our food). Forgot an item that was ordered. Seems like the "Skip" orders take preference over the dine in. Would not recommend this KFC.

  First off, 3rd time trying, worse each time. 6pm go through drive thru, order 10 piece family feast. Asked what sides. Macaroni salad, nope, all out. Coleslaw. Nope all out. Potato salad, nope, all out. So asked what sides they DID have. Oh, just fries. So why bother asking if out of everything BUT fries. At 6pm. Crispy chicken. Nope. Out too. So now have 3, and only 3 items. Get to window. Told its $85. By my math it's $65. So ask how. She lists the 3 items. And the price. $49, $7, and $10. Plus $3 tax. And says its $85. Have her list again. 3 items. Same cost, still says $85. Do this a few times, guess math is not a requirement. Anyway, gets manager and after about 3 minutes of "talking" between them( no idea what was said), math prevails and its now $68. I now ask how it was $85. Well... the sides they didn't have, and were included with the meal, I was supposedly charged for them. But guess was hidden on the receipt. Didn't show up anywhere except the padded total. Three times at that location over a 2 months. Each time worse. Never again.
