  I had the pleasure of dinning at this 5 star state&main in airdrie. I met a amazing bartender Emily who made drinks efficient and correctly for the whoke bar while making good coversation and smiling . While my server kailee severed amazing food to the table in a timely fashion with professionalism and grace. As the Gm Liam over looked the entire bar and his staff with gratitude and was there to help out from greating customers to orders coming though the phone for pick up. While over seeing the whole palace . What a incredible team here. I would recommend this place and location for anyone looking for a friendly atmosphere and dinning experience.

  Had a reservation for 6 on a Saturday night, and good thing we did, sine it was packed. Our table was ready for us with waters already poured, which was great. Our server Kaylee was super attentive and sweet. I went with the peppercorn steak, and while it was cooked to a perfect medium rare, it was borderline cold. My husband tried a bite and agreed with me. I mentioned it to Kaylee and she said she would tell the kitchen. Upon receiving our bill, I expected a bit of a discount, but no such luck and I chose not to say anything. We also had fish tacos at our table and were quite disappointed with the size of the fish. They should be called coleslaw tacos instead of a fish taco to be honest. Otherwise it was a good experience and we will probably return in the future.

  Zoey and Alyssa Absolutely amazing hospitality from start to finish. Alyssa and Zoey were so welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind, it made the entire experience feel special and comfortable. Everything was handled with care, professionalism, and such a positive attitude. You can really tell they care about their guests and take pride in what they do. 10/10 service — would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

  We recently went out for a couple drinks and were delighted to have a wonderful server, Kaylee, I have never had a Mule taste that good, we came in for one or two drinks but ended up staying most of the evening because the service, food and drinks were so good, I don’t normally write reviews but I had to mention it! And how great she looked after us! Highly recommend!

  Went from brunch feb 14th ... service was very slow, putting that aside in order the breakfast sandwich only to find a huge hair in my food, the server came to me as of he was doing me a favor by letting me know "o we wont charge you for the meal" we'll ofc you wont it had hair in it?... shame I thought there would be an apology maybe offer somthing else, but thank you for doing me the favor and not charging me for the food which had hair in it.
