  The taste of the food was a bit off compared to other locations. The meat had a very sour flavor, which was unpleasant. The service was also disappointing—the server was slow and seemed nonchalant throughout.

  The food is decent, but the customer service was very disappointing. I placed an order and cancelled it almost immediately after realizing I forgot to add something. I was told they were “already preparing it” and refused to refund my $20, which felt unreasonable given how quickly I cancelled. I also went to the store in person, and the service was extremely slow and the staff were unprofessional. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I won’t be returning.

  Trying to book food in advance for an event .. instead of helping or understanding they were very demanding...took my business somewhere else and you should as well.

  I freaking love this place. Have been a loyal customer for the last 10 years if not longer. The staff always hooks me up, they know the order. sometimes it's a couple free pieces of baklava, sometimes I get an extra potato or 2 in my platter. I had requested a shirt, and they pulled through. Last night I went, and I guess I wasn't the only one that thought it was a suitable valentines day meal. I've never seen the line that long. I waited 39 minutes, but with how hard that team works, and how much value and flavor there is in the food, I had no issue waiting. A newer employee I'd not met did forget my potatoes, but I was able to get over it pretty quick by just fiving in to the rest of the platter. Keep it up guys!
