- MMMFranklin1 day ago1.0Literally the rudest cashier and front end manager I have ever encountered! I interacted with a man in a black shirt who works at this store at the back of the store and he was kind and helpful and so was the lady in the dairy section restocking the cottage cheese but the front end staff is awful! They are mean, grumpy and seem like they wish to be anywhere else but here. I will not be shopping at this location ever again(I’m sure this will not affect your profits but still). Go to the kings heights location, they are friendly towards families and really seem to care about people!

Forget about it because they look like they haven’t been cleaned in a month. Want fresh baked goods? Forget about that because everything on the shelves is always at least two days old. See something on sale you want? Forget about that too because the shelf is empty since no one restocks it. And when you’re doing Self check out forget about having somewhere clean to put your groceries because they only clean them once a day. End of rant.

This happened between 8:40pm to 9pm. Someone needs to talk to those team members about proper etiquette in front of customers cause that was not professional or ok.

The produce is always fresh, and checkout is quick and smooth. I especially want to mention the cashiers Sarah and Tara—they are absolutely wonderful. Their warm attitude, bright smile, and helpful service made my visit even better. I don't know what others are experiencing with Sarah, but I know anytime I've stopped in, she's been nothing but pleasant. Keep up the good work!
