- AAAshleighOct 29, 20253.0First of all, Megan W, the ONLY cashier that was working during the time we were shopping (12pm Oct 28) 5 stars to her. I wish I could review her seperately, extremely friendly cashier and made convo while ringing out our groceries. I had 2 kids with me and we always get stickers after, so we asked as normal and she took an extra 5 seconds to give my kids 2 stickers despite her few people line behind us. Thank you for being so kind, Megan! The actual issue and reason for 3 star rating is that as we were leaving the store, I overheard the lady at customer service who I can only assume is the boss or Manager, say to a customer she was helping with lottery tickets “she has a lineup and she’s handing out stickers” in a snarky voice. It took Megan all of 5 seconds to give 2 stickers out, why do you have sticker booklets for children if giving them out is so inconvenient? Absolutely no one in line had any sort of issue, in fact they were all smiling as my kids stood there. We are teaching people to have zero patience whatsoever when we run business like this. I can assure her that our cashier taking 5 seconds to give stickers to my kids held up no one’s day on a Tuesday afternoon. Instead of talking behind your employees back, I encourage you to praise them for the work they are doing. She was the ONLY cashier open and she was extremely kind as a person, if the line up is the issue then open up more tills. I found it extremely unprofessional to be talking behind an employees back like that to a literal customer.
- MBMichael BennettOct 13, 20251.0Awful experience coming here today I was in the midst of purchasing my groceries at 330pm and for whatever reason I was just targeted by 3 employees as I walked out of the store to grab my wallet. Not sure what there deal with but I found it very unprofessional being bombarded and accused of what I suspect is a doppelganger that has perpetrated them before judging by the comments they said to me. I just wanted to get food as my wife is finally home from the hospital. So thanks for that guys 👍 I don't recommend this place due to there management skills. I've never been profiled before in my life so that was a interesting experience on Thanksgiving day.
