Although I placed my order 30 minutes in advance and prepaid, I arrived to find they had given my food to someone else. There was no apology for the mistake; instead, they simply told me I’d have to wait for a remake. After another 15 minutes of waiting, the staff treated me with visible suspicion—confirming every detail of my order as if I were at fault, despite having failed to verify the identity of the person who actually took my food. This location used to provide excellent service, but the quality and professionalism have declined significantly over the past year. I will not be returning.
