Ordered dinner for 3 tonight got the wing bundle, 3 ceasar salads and a fish n chips with ceasar salad and fries and gravy.
First off it was 45 mins for the pickup which is usually fine we ordered early. When I went to pickup the food they forgot one of my ceasar salads which has happened every time I have ordered form here somethings missing.
Secondly all the food was stone cold like it had been sitting for a long time before I picked it up. And I picked it up on time exactly.
Then when we’re dishing our meals, gravy was missing with my fries a part of my side, I got crinkle fries instead of standard fries, and the dips were ranch not blue cheese.
And this was the “dill” wings, looked like they forgot the seasoning.
Overall extremely disappointing, and seems like this place can’t figure it out.

Just ordered dinner for my husband and I. It arrived cold and my chicken finger dinner had no plum sauce which is included. My husband's meal came with no French fries and they were included. Completely disappointing when you spend over $100 and I threw most of my meal out. Will not be ordering again. Thanks for ruining our dinner.

Really bad experience here today!
So we went on December 31st at around 2:45 PM
Host was nice, provided us a booth and then we had our server and she was also nice , treated us well!
First, are vegetarians and do not eat eggs, so we let the server know we also confirmed if Poutine has beef gravy so she mentioned its soy gravy, I requested if I can taste it just like a little bit she said yes and probably she was busy and told the supervisor to do it, we are waiting to taste it and no one came for 10-15 minutes, then the supervisor gave it to us. Again it took time for server to come and finally take our order. We ordered Chicken quesadillas without chicken because we are vegetarians so that quesadillas was just like cheese quesadillas and there was one trace of small onion and a small piece of pepper, when I told the supervisor, that it should be a but filling because this is a main course for me and with a very rough attitude she said thats how we have it diced- I said I understand but this is so thin and just literally is cheese quesadillas like there should be something if the charge is same and we are not taking the chicken but I did not like the way I got that response. I wish I had pictures but didn’t take them. Other dish was poutine that I ordered and the cheese curds were as cold as straight out of the refrigerator, again supervisor did not apologize and said ok what do you want me to do? Just remove it from the bill, I said whatever i had to taste just charge me for that I am not a freebie so she charged me $10 approx but overall very disheartened and never returning. Didn’t expect this from original joe’s. The supervisor came to us with a straight face , no smile whatsoever maybe because of my colour that I was treated this way but didn’t expect this. Highly disappointed!
