Montana’s has become a family favourite, and lately we’ve been stopping in at least a couple times a month for dinner. We always ask to be seated at Tatum’s section if she’s working because she’s our absolute favourite server. She’s always so friendly and genuine and even knows our “usual” orders by memory. Food is great as always, and we always leave full and happy.

Came to have a drink with the hubby tonight. He made it there before me. Ordered a drink. When I arrived at 450pm his drink was empty. We sat in the lounge, which had only 3 tables sat, and waited 10 mins. He didn't come back to the table. Didnt acknowledge my arrival, nothing. And it wasn't busy yet.... just sad honestly. But went to another local airdrie pub and had the best time! So i guess it worked out for us.
Feedback....customers are there to not cook, not clean up, to be served and relax. A simple hello or acknowledgment goes a long way!

Such a super DISAPPOINTING visit Feb 7, 2026. Evening dinner out, party of 3, arrival time was 6:30 and we were seated immediately. Our waitress, Jayde was very inattentive, never seemed to be on the floor. We had to ask at the front station 3 different times for things like utensils, drink refills, our bill etc. Our finished appetizer plates sat unmoved even as the waitress served an adjacent tables. Finally moved them to table ourselves when a party left. When main meals were finally presented, not by our waitress, the comment was made "here are your meals after too long a wait"... :( The actual food that was presented was good, however the balance of the experience was negative. Management actually approached with the payment machine & enquired if we were satisfied...(we replied no), there was no apology or "how can we make it right". A table adjacent to us commented that we should just walk out... not our style. This has been a go to restaurant since it came to the city... not anymore.

We won't be back. We no sooner sat down and ordered than we were inundated by fruit flies Jan 31 to boot. Go out to a fairly upscale restaurant were the bill will exceed $100 a couple and can't enjoy your food because you have to constantly be waving off the flies. Really doesn't matter how good or bad the food is at this point. You experience is ruined. But to be clear., the steak that I ordered med rare was in fact medium and the herb garlic butter was missing entirely. Not sure what the salted mushrooms really were but they lacked flavor. The service was good and the wait staff did make an attempt to reseat us but that was no help. They moved us closer to the kitchen which is most likely the source. In the end, although I insisted on paying, the gift card I had didn't work and the manager did comp the meal. Still, as I started out with, we won't be back.
