Ordered a breakfast sandwich the other day and the egg was missing. 🤦♀️ I was on my way home to hop on a work meeting, so I didn't have time to come back and chew someone out. It's a BREAKFAST sandwich! It's supposed to have egg on it. Because I was in my meeting and had ordered via the app, I couldn't call the store. So I filled out their complaint form on the app and got 10,000 points for the mistake. The management at this place must be seriously lacking. Back in 2011, 2012, me and my friends would drive FROM Calgary, specifically to this McDonald's because it was so good. It was also a great place for us to hang out after going to Genesis. Oh how the mighty have fallen though. This location is now the craziest one of Airdrie (and that says something because Coopers was absolute garbage over the past couple years). Now, the Edmonton Trail and the WAL MART locations are the only ones worth going to.

When I was handed the right order they missed my coffee that I ordered with it. It should not have to be up to the customer to pick up for your lack of customer service skills. The lettuce in the wrap was disgusting. Old and soggy Bathroom was also pretty gross
