There was no self-serve ketchup available, no ice in the fountain drink machine, and no one bothered to ask if my order was for here or to go. They didn’t even ask if I wanted to upgrade my meal or add anything else, which is basic customer service at any McDonald’s. The entire visit felt careless and disorganized. I honestly expect much better from a major brand like McDonald’s, this location really needs serious management attention and staff training

And sure enough I got home and there is no nuggets in the nugget happy meal. The most frusterating part is they weren't even busy when our family went.

And not just once or twice it's every time I go there for months now. I should have stopped going there a long time ago but I'm definitely done with this pathetic excuse for a restaurant now and yes I did go there enough to make a difference sometimes a couple times a day. I had to give this hole a star but it definitely does not deserve it.
